Sri Lanka stands at a pivotal moment. Climate change is no longer a distant threat, it’s a daily reality, impacting our economy, our ecosystems, communities, and our future. Meeting these financing needs through the national budget alone is not feasible. The financing gap is significant and failing to close it could lead to severe repercussions to economic stability, increased poverty levels and loss of biodiversity.
